Doran Bowe represents clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individual professionals in litigation involving contractual disputes, professional liability, fiduciary disputes, copyright infringement, non-competition agreements, and class actions. A substantial portion of Doran’s practice also involves white collar criminal defense.

Representative Matters include the following:

  • Member of team that defended multinational computer technology and consulting corporation in complex contractual dispute with Department of Defense which resulted in complete dismissal of plaintiff’s seven-count complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
  • Representation of same multinational corporation in contractual disputes.
  • Member of team representing local Charter School in connection with government investigations, audits, and injunction actions.
  • Assisted in defense of Fortune 500 computer software company in breach of contract claim asserted by competitor.
  • Represented prominent Philadelphia law firms in legal malpractice actions.
  • Represented individuals in negotiating employment agreements and in disputes concerning non-compete clauses contained in employment agreements.
  • Assisted in obtaining non-incarceration sentence for defendant in connection with bank fraud felony charges.
  • Pro Bono – represented prisoner in civil rights action involving Section 1983, ADA, statutory and constitutional claims.
