Andrew Gallinaro represents corporations and professionals in a wide range of complex commercial litigation involving securities fraud, banking regulations, estate matters, and legal malpractice.

Representative Matters include the following:

  • Assisted in representation of a federally-appointed Receiver in recovering in excess of $1 million from a national bank for victims of telemarketing fraud, in connection with a civil prosecution by the United States Attorney’s Office of a fraudulent payment processing company.
  • Member of team representing former executors to a multi-million dollar estate involving numerous complex real estate transactions.
  • Represented regional law firm in matter which culminated in settlement of multi-jurisdictional litigation involving an internal partnership dispute.
  • Assisted in representation of former high-ranking executive of prominent pharmaceutical company in government investigation regarding the marketing of medications which have commanded media attention.
  • Assisted in defense of producer of eco-conscious cork flooring materials in case involving allegations of unfair competition and trade secret violations.
