Biography

Alan Paul Novak focuses his practice on municipal law, zoning, real estate transactions, business and corporate litigation, and government relations. Alan has served as solicitor for many townships, boroughs and municipal authorities, as well as The County of Chester as special counsel. He is also solicitor of the Chester County Industrial Development Authority. Alan was the State Chairman of the Pennsylvania Republican Committee from 1996 through 2005, and previously served as Chester County GOP Chair for eight years. He served on the Bush/Cheney Commerce Department Transition Committee and was appointed by President Bush to the President’s Advisory Commission on White House Fellows.
