Biography 

Aya M. Salem represents businesses and professionals in a broad range of matters involving securities litigation, as well as white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations.

While studying law at Rutgers School of Law, Aya served as Executive Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. She was also a member of the advanced Hunter Moot Court. In conjunction with her involvement with the LEAP Pro Bono Project (a program focused on helping low-income residents identify their legal problems and locate appropriate legal services), Aya was the recipient of the Rutgers School of Law Pro Bono Award.

Prior to graduating from Rutgers School of Law, Aya served as an Intern for the Municipal Court Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, as well as for the Rutgers Child and Family Advocacy Clinic.
