Biography

Joshua Voss represents corporations and professionals in a broad range of areas involving complex commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property litigation matters.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Josh clerked for The Honorable Robert B. Kugler for the United States District Court of New Jersey.

While studying law as a member of the inaugural class at Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, Josh served as Managing Editor of the Drexel Law Review.  He was also an active member of the Student Bar Association Governing Body, as well as a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow.  Between his first and second years of law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.  Later, he was an extern at the University of Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel.  Upon graduation, Josh was awarded the Dean’s Award for Highest Achievement in law school, recognizing the most distinguished academic record in the graduating class.

Josh has served as a guest lecturer for the Judicial Externship Program at Rutgers School of Law - Camden.  He has also acted as a Judge for both the Hunter Moot Court Competition (Rutgers School of Law - Camden) and the Marshall-Brennan Moot Court Competition (Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law).
