Tyler S. Graden, James A. McTigue and Meredith E. Rosenberg Join the Firm as Associates

Mr. Graden formerly served as an Investigator with the Chicago District Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he investigated both individual and systemic claims of discrimination. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily on environmental litigation, contract disputes, legal and medical malpractice actions, products liability and employment matters. He earned a J.D. at Temple University School of Law, and a B.A. from the American University.

Mr. McTigue formerly served as a judicial intern for Judge John T.J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court in 2005. He also clerked as a law student for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Sandra Schultz Newman in 2006. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He earned a J.D. at Villanova University School of Law, where he was a symposium editor for the Villanova University School of Law Environmental Law Journal, and a B.A. from Penn State University.

Ms. Rosenberg formerly served as law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas from 2006-2007. Her practice currently focuses in the areas of complex commercial litigation, securities and related class action matters and white collar criminal defense. She earned a J.D. from Temple University Law School, where she earned the Barrister Award and a Jaffe Corporate Scholarship, and a B.A. from Emory University.
