We recently won jury defense verdicts in two legal malpractice actions in which the firm represented prominent Philadelphia-based law firms. In another instance, we represented a multinational corporation in an environmental insurance recovery case and secured more than $300 million for our client. We also represent former directors and officers of financing companies in subprime related lawsuits filed years before the credit crisis broke in 2007.
